Delivery

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day via Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We dispatch our goods between Monday and Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch any goods on a Bank Holiday.

International orders – please email us for the information.

All orders must be signed for.

We cannot accept any responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

All items are in stock and are ready to be dispatched unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

If an item is unsuitable you may return it to Volumize hair extensions. To return items for a refund or exchange you must email us at [email protected] to let us know of your intent to return. All postage costs must be paid for by the buyer for the return of items. If an exchange is required the buyer must pay for the postage of the new items.

All exchange and refunds must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. Any returns made after 7days of the delivery date will be issued with a credit note only. No returns will be accepted after 28 days of the delivery date.

All hair returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and unopened. If the hair is in anunsale-able condition the exchange/ refund will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return the item (s) back.

Please send all exchange/ refund items with delivery confirmation, a recorded/ trackable delivery method as we are not responsible for any packages that are not received.

Volumize hair extensions prides itself on its high-quality hair, but should the hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 21 days from receipt. We require the hair back in full for testing and examination. However if the correct after has not been carried out then we do not accept responsibility for any hair issues and we will not issue a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Payments and Prices

All payments must be paid to us in full before we can dispatch your goods.

The prices are correct at the time of goods being displayed on our website but are subject to alteration without prior notice.
